Compliance‑ready visuals that perform in tenders, marketing, and stakeholder reporting.
Trusted by leaders across infrastructure, leisure, interiors, and architecture, my photography goes beyond decoration — it provides the compelling evidence you need to win contracts, meet accessibility standards, and build stakeholder trust.
Each project featured here was captured with strategic intent: compliance‑ready, on‑brand, and crafted to perform precisely where it matters most. From live worksites to luxury spaces, these images support tenders, marketing, audits, and investor communications — helping businesses achieve their goals with confidence.

EST
Milton Keynes
Working alongside the team on site, I captured micro surfacing, spray injection patching, and surface dressing operations with precision, using the right angles and lenses to convey both process detail and scale.
Gemma Hannan – EST: “Di was professional, passionate, and genuinely interested in our work. She captured the essence of our team and went above and beyond, even helping raise awareness about road worker abuse.”
SpaFlo Ltd
Penthouse Suite, Sugar Quays, London
Special access was arranged to capture the project in optimal late‑evening light, using the right perspective to highlight both the engineering precision and design impact of SpaFlo’s stainless steel hot tubs.
The resulting images have been instrumental in award submissions, securing multiple first‑place wins, and continue to be used extensively across exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and social media.
Ringway
Night Photography, Bedfordshire
Capturing live night‑shift operations required precise timing, specialist low‑light techniques, and the ability to work seamlessly alongside crews to document the project without disruption.
Hannah Shires, Quality Manager: “Di tackled the challenge with ease, engaging teams usually reluctant to take part, and delivered excellent shots we can use across the business, with an incredibly quick turnaround and great value for money.”
Crystal Leisure Swimming Pools
Clitheroe, Lancashire
Photography and video production showcasing Crystal Leisure’s craftsmanship, captured to highlight both design detail and the atmosphere of the completed installation.
Colleen Garth, Crystal Leisure: “After seeing Di’s work on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, I knew she was perfect for the job. She went the extra mile and I would 100% recommend her to anyone.”
Eurovia
Kent, Essex & Cambridgeshire
Commissioned to capture completed sites and schemes for three Highway Authorities, I created a portfolio of images demonstrating sustainability, low‑carbon solutions, and enhanced natural environments.
The photography was used across Eurovia’s website, high‑spec product sheets, print publications, and online media, ensuring a consistent, professional visual standard to support their reputation and stakeholder communications.
M&J Textiles & Gilling Dod Architects Lavender House, Assisted Living
Photographing this impressive interior before occupation required careful timing, working around ongoing team meetings to capture each space as it became available.
Chris Mitchell, Gilling Dod: “The shots of our scheme are outstanding and genuinely capture critical aspects of the design. Di’s eye for detail was exceptional. We received beautiful, engaging photography and would not hesitate to work with Di again.”
Ringway Jacobs
Photography & Video Production
A week‑long commission to capture photography and video for a major contract bid, covering multiple locations and interviews with the MD, Contracts Director, and senior leaders.
Returning after challenging weather, I retraced each site to ensure bright, high‑quality imagery that showcased East Sussex’s iconic landscapes at their best for use in bid submissions and stakeholder presentations.
SpaFlo
Swimming Pool and Hot Tubs
Two days photographing and filming three prestigious SpaFlo installations, for a multi‑award‑winning supplier of stainless steel hot tubs, spas, and pools across the UK.
Capturing stainless steel demands precision. Every mark shows on camera. So each piece was carefully cleaned and prepared before shooting to ensure flawless results for marketing, exhibitions, and award submissions.
The Honeypot Airbnb
Chapel‑en‑le‑Frith, Derbyshire
Expertly crafted photography and drone imagery transformed this Airbnb listing, doubling bookings for the host. Each carefully composed image captures unique features, serene surroundings, and guest comforts, perfectly reflecting the warmth and charm of this luxury shepherd’s hut in the heart of the Peak District.
Jill Longdon: “Di’s attention to detail was second to none. She’s a true professional, passionate about her work, and what she’s done will no doubt show my space at its best.”
Crystal Leisure Swimming Pools
Blackburn
An early 5 a.m. start and two hour journey for photography and video with Crystal Leisure Swimming Pools Ltd was timed to capture the pool and landscaping in perfect sunrise light.
The effort paid off with vibrant colours and crisp reflections, producing striking visuals now used across their website, marketing, and client materials to showcase their craftsmanship and attract new enquiries.
Applied Industries Limited
The Heavy Machine Specialists
Large-scale engineering is rarely documented in a way that does it justice.
While the team stayed fully focused on operating their heavy machinery, I captured every stage with precision, without slowing the work for a moment.
The resulting portfolio reveals the sheer scale, technical skill, and intricate detail behind the scenes and the images have been used by the company to demonstrate expertise, win trust, and secure new opportunities for years.
EST
A421 Micro-Surfacing, Bedfordshire
Eurovia Specialist Treatments (EST) delivered the largest micro-surfacing project ever on the UK’s Strategic Road Network, working for Tarmac on behalf of Highways England.
Over two August weekends, 115,000m² of cold-applied ultra-thin surfacing (CAUTS) was laid around the A1/A421 Black Cat roundabout.
Photographing the installation of EST’s BBA HAPAS-approved GripFibre required precise planning so I could capture the scale and detail without disrupting critical deadlines.
Astral Pool UK
Crow Wood Hotel & Spa, Burnley
With only a 4:00–7:30 am window to work in, timing was everything.
The brief was to capture Astral Pool’s luxury spa installation at Crow Wood Hotel in its best possible light for brochures, literature, and high-impact social media.
Coordinating with the Hotel Manager, I scheduled the shoot to align with a perfect sunrise, using the early morning stillness to produce striking visuals that convey both the atmosphere and the craftsmanship behind the project.
EST
Resurfacing, North Yorkshire
Three photoshoots for Eurovia in North Yorkshire, each a few weeks apart.
The first began with a 3-hour drive to site, arriving to thick fog, damp roads, and a weather delay.
Comfortable working alongside the crew, I used the downtime to capture extra Covid-distanced group shots outside the original brief. Once conditions improved, I documented the resurfacing operation in full — producing images that reflect both the scale of the work and the professionalism of the team.
Marston & Langinger Paints
Hampshire
With just 48 hours’ notice before the production line went live, there was no time for lengthy planning — the date was fixed, and the brief was clear.
On site, I worked to capture the full process, from the precision of the machinery to the craftsmanship behind the product, meeting every requirement without interrupting production.
In addition to fulfilling the brief, I also produced a short video of the paint-filling process, giving the company high-quality content for their social media channels and adding long-term value beyond the original scope.
SpaFlo
Designer Hot Tub, Manchester Apartments
This project began in my client’s Knowsley Engineering workshop during the first Covid lockdown, where I photographed the precision fabrication of a bespoke designer hot tub. Months later, once it had been installed in a luxury Manchester apartment, I returned to capture it in its completed setting.
From the engineered detail in the workshop to the finished statement piece in situ, the images tell the full story of SpaFlo’s craftsmanship and design quality — giving the company versatile visuals for both marketing and client presentations.
